Nur Sabrina Sapari

Sabrina graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2009 majoring in Biomedical Sciences. Prior to joining Illumina, she worked in translational research lab and was the first author of a study published in Clinical Chemistry Journal using TruSight Cancer Panel on MiSeq -Feasibility of Low-Throughput Next Generation Sequencing for Germline DNA Screening. Sabrina joined Illumina as a Technical Application Scientist in September 2016. Since then, she has developed a specialization in providing technical support for the instrumentation queue.

Please join us for a presentation on evaluating the quality of data produced by NextSeq 500/550 runs and best practices to improve and achieve ideal data output. This webinar is targeted to new users of the NextSeq 500/550 so to familiarize them with reviewing problem phenotypes and the underlying causes.

This webinar will cover:

  • features of the NextSeq 500/550 System and the 2-color chemistry
  • expected data output from NextSeq 500/550 runs
  • changes with the upgrade to NextSeq 500/550 Control Software v4.0
  • reviewing data with Sequencing Analysis Viewer (SAV)
  • identifying common run problem phenotypes and how to troubleshoot them

We will also include a question and answer session at the end of the presentation.
