RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) is a highly sensitive and accurate method for measuring expression across the transcriptome and is one of the most cited NGS method. This method allows researchers to detect both known and novel features in a single assay. It also enables the detection of transcript isoforms, gene fusions, single nucleotide variants, and other features without the limitation of prior knowledge about the transcriptome.

This webinar covers each step of the RNA sequencing workflow from considerations for experimental design, choice of sample preparation method and sequencer, down to the methods of data analysis. We will also share the latest advances in RNA-Seq library prep that are revolutionizing the study of the transcriptome.
