Farah Abdel Rahman Technical Applications Scientist, Illumina Farah holds a bachelor's degree in biology and a master's degree in physiology from the American University of Beirut, which she completed in 2016. She pursued her Ph.D. studies at the Technical University of Munich, specializing in gene editing and viral-based gene therapy. Following her graduation, Farah joined the Lebanese American University as a faculty fellow, where she taught graduate courses in biotechnology. In 2022, Farah joined Illumina, where she currently provides support for BeadArray and NIPT workflows. Additionally, she is a certified Infinium trainer.
