Ritika holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT-G) in India.
Ritika has more than 10 years of experience working in the field of genomics with extensive knowledge in NGS applications and data analysis. In her career, she has gained experience in clinical laboratory management as well as helping customers with trainings and technical support working as a Field Application Scientist.
Ritika is passionate about using her knowledge and experience in troubleshooting challenging technical issues. She joined Illumina in 2022 as a Senior Technical Applications Scientist, since then, she has specialized in supporting customers in instrumentation, software analysis and clinical workflows.
