• Talk Title: WGS in MRD and hematological malignancy

During this workshop, Illumina will present how Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) can replace traditional methods such as karyotyping, microarray, FISH, and small gene panels, consolidating workflows and simplifying the diagnostic process for hematological malignancies. The session will also highlight how the same WGS workflow can be applied to solid tumors, enabling MRD detection, monitoring, and relapse identification from diverse sample types including FFPE DNA and plasma cfDNA.
