Details

The ASCB annual meeting focuses on cell biology as the fundamental basis of biology
and exploring more specialized fields, such as neurobiology and stem cell biology.

The American Society for Cell Biology (ASCB) is an international community of biologists studying the cell, the fundamental unit of life. They are dedicated to advancing scientific discovery, advocating sound research policies, improving education, promoting professional development, and increasing diversity in the scientific workforce.

This event is co-sponsored by the European Molecular Biology Organization (EMBO), an organization of more than 1800 leading researchers that promotes excellence in the life sciences.

AmpliSeq for Illumina Custom RNA: A targeted RNA-seq approach to analyze differential gene expression of a cellular pathway

We evaluated a targeted RNA-seq approach to profile 85 select genes involved in apoptosis using the AmpliSeq for Illumina Custom RNA assay. Results demonstrated that the AmpliSeq for Illumina Custom RNA assay may be a highly sensitivity and accurate, cost-effect alternative for differential gene expression quantification.
