The NovaSeq 6000 Xp Workflow supports a variety of applications, such as whole-genome sequencing (WGS), ultradeep exome sequencing, and single-cell sequencing. Improving upon the standard workflow, the NovaSeq 6000 Xp Workflow adds a level of flexibility and control to experimental planning and flow cell configuration on the NovaSeq 6000 System.
The NovaSeq 6000 Xp Workflow offers the flexibility to load each flow cell lane independently and multiplex samples within each lane. These features maximize the total number of samples and reduce the required DNA input per flow cell without compromising data quality or yield.
