The Singapore Gastric Cancer Consortium is a translational research group comprising clinicians and scientists working with the aim of improving outcomes for gastric cancer patients. This year the SGCC 12th Annual Meeting will be held in a hybrid format with the physical location held at the National University Health System, Singapore and online.
CGP tests using liquid biopsy can detect genetic signatures, such as MSI and TMB. In this article, MSI measured by CGP from blood (cfDNA) has been observed to be highly concordant with tissue-based standard-of-care testing with similar clinical utility for advanced gastric cancer patients on immunotherapy treatment.
