The Korean Society for Food Hygiene and Safety (KSFHS), a partner of the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP), will organize the 6th Asia-Pacific Symposium on Food Safety 2021 in Jeju with the support of IAFP members and affiliates from across the globe held on Nov 10th- 12th 2021.
Specifically, this year, the effects of COVID-19on the food sector and food safety will be addressed at the conference. The topics for discussion include: innovation of food safety, capacity building for APAC, public health awareness, IT-BT applications to food safety, harmonization of food safety policies and standards, promoting food safety culture, risk management, and best practices in food safety management, among many other topics.
