Title: Illumina Complete Long Reads provide Scalable WGS and Hybrid WGS-Enrichment Assays that Resolve Complex Variants with Illumina Platforms
Abstract:
Illumina Complete Long Read Prep (ICLR) is a novel, single day library preparation method that provides researchers with a robust, easy-to-use workflow for the generation of long-read data.
The ICLR workflow requires on 50ng of standard quality genomic DNA input, no specialized equipment, and includes an analysis pipeline that provides a sample-to-insight solution using standard Illumina platforms.
ICLR provides a comprehensive genome with reads N50 of 5-7kb and generates some reads up to 30 kb of contiguous long-read information.
In addition, we have developed a hybrid WGS-target enrichment protocol, with benefits that include added high throughput scalability and reduced cost.
ICLR is compatible with on-market sequencing platforms, NovaSeq™ 6000 and X series and combined with a DRAGEN™ analysis pipeline, provides comprehensive genome-wide variant calling, including the ability to call variants in historically challenging to map regions, resolve structural variants, provide haplotype phasing, and high performance in Challenging Medically Relevant Gene regions.
ICLR provides a robust, scalable solution with high-quality results even in historically challenging to sequence regions that builds upon the existing Illumina sequencing install bas and make high-throughput long read genomes accessible.
