Voices of the Next Generation of Leaders in Genomic Medicine Research

By featuring early career investigators, the Voices of the Next Generation of Leaders in Genomic Medicine Research symposium will showcase the work of the next generation of leaders in genomic medicine research. Through scientific presentations and panel discussions, attendees will gain insights about the latest advances in genomic medicine research and hear about the journeys of emerging investigators researchers in establishing productive programs that aim to help integrate genomics into clinical care. 
 

As genomics enters an important era of clinical implementation, the field is increasingly being shaped by a new generation of investigators who have established independent research programs that are bringing fresh perspectives, innovative approaches, and a growing understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the broad adoption of genomic medicine research worldwide.

The Voices of the Next Generation of Leaders in Genomic Medicine Research symposium will provide a forum for these rising investigators to share their scientific vision, early successes, and aspirations for the future of genomic medicine. The symposium is designed to highlight how the next generation of genomics researchers is driving advances in human genetic diseases research, AI-enabled genomics and multiomics, and translational research.

Importantly, the event will also include established leaders in genetics and genomics, creating a valuable opportunity for mentorship, dialogue, and collaboration for the speakers and attendees. Through platform presentations and panel discussions, attendees will gain insights from both emerging and senior leaders, hearing how they are fostering the future of genomic medicine research..
