Farah obtained her PhD in gene editing and viral-based gene therapy from the Technical University of Munich. She completed a master's degree in physiology and holds a bachelor's degree in biology from the American University of Beirut. Farah started her career at the Lebanese American University as a faculty fellow, where she taught graduate courses in biotechnology. In 2022, Farah joined Illumina, where she currently provides support for BeadArray, NIPT, Library prep and Partek. Additionally, she is a certified Infinium trainer and recipient of AMEA quarterly customer experience award 2024.

Greeshma holds a master’s degree in biotechnology from the Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). She is a genomics specialist with demonstrated accountability in several organizations, having handled a variety of job functions such as technical assistance, sales, and project management in the field of next generation sequencing. Greeshma joined Illumina as a Technical Applications Scientist in October 2023, where she is supporting Illumina’s customers for microarrays and instruments workflows.
